  • When does the program start?

    The program starts on the 1st of every month and ends on the 21st.

    However, you can also choose to get immediate access and complete it at your own pace, without a daily follow up from my side. 

  • When can I sign up?

    You can sign up at any time!

    If a program has already started, I recommend waiting for the next 1st to join and experience the journey together with other participants. 

    However, you can also choose to start straight away at your own rhythm. 

  • Do I need any special equipment or space?

    Just a cushion! I also recommend earplugs for a better experience. 

  • How long is each session?

    Each daily session includes a short video (around 2–7 minutes) and a guided meditation (around 4–20 minutes).

    It’s designed to be easy to follow and gradual to integrate it progressively into your daily life.

  • Will I have lifetime access to the program?

    Yes! Once you sign up, you will have lifetime access to all lessons and meditations (downloadable content). 

  • Can I join if I don’t live in the same time zone?

    Absolutely. You can access the daily content anytime that suits you, from anywhere in the world. You choose when to practice.

  • What happens if I miss a day?

    That’s completely okay. You can simply continue the next day.

    If you started on the 1st of the month with the group, just try your best to keep the classes updated, and I will do my best to help you with that :)

  • I’ve never meditated before. Will I be at a disadvantage?

    Not at all. The program is specifically designed for beginners, guiding you step-by-step to build a meditation practice that fits your own rhythm and lifestyle.

  • Do I have to sit cross-legged or in a specific posture?

    A stable and comfortable sitting posture helps the mind settle.

    However, every body is different, and you’ll receive guidance on how to adapt the posture to what feels sustainable and supportive for you.

  • How soon will I notice the benefits of meditation?

    Everyone’s experience is different. Some people notice shifts after the first session; for others, it takes a bit longer.

    Consistency is the key to experiencing deeper and lasting results.

    Don't rush the process. 

  • What if I cannot afford the full price?
